With every generation comes one or more trends; the most recent trend is that customers are demanding helpful, personalized messaging at places of their choosing. However, businesses cannot meet these demands without employing more customer support workers.
Facebook reported that more than one in two people say they’re more likely to shop with a business they can message, and 67% of people expect to message businesses more in the next two years. Well, with over 2 BILLION monthly active users, Facebook would know.
As of 2018, most businesses (maybe yours too) don’t know how Artificial intelligence and ChatBot messaging to grow sales and to provide what consumers are asking for: information and communication.
According to Mark Zuckerberg, 2016:”We think that you should be able to message a business in the same way you message a friend. You should get a quick response. And it shouldn’t take your full attention like a phone call would. And you shouldn’t have to install a new app”
